Walked in today and the two girls standing behind the desk were just taking to themselves while we were looking at toilets. We weren’t acknowledged once we we there. Zero service nor care for their customers. I’ll take our business elsewhere.

I ordered a replacement gas hot water system on a Saturday morning. it was delivered that morning. Office staff and delivery driver were both professional and courteous and the delivery driver very helpful. Well done to all the team.

Great service in years gone by but thats gone. No response at all over the last week and a half to multiple emails and messages left for urgent replacement parts. Even if busy due to current climate, a simple acknowledgment that you are doing something about it would go a long way. Will now go to a different supplier but pretty disappointing.

25 February 2023. Terrible customer service. We came in to purchase a replacement item and we’re totally ignored by both staff members. Not even an acknowledgment of our presence.

Recently renovated our Bathroom and Pear from Tradelink Osborne Park was so very helpful. Great design ideas, knowledge of products/suppliers and all round fantastic customer service. She chased down what we needed really quickly. Would highly recommend if you need a little bit of help deciding on your fixtures and fittings or any product selection advice.
