Tradelink Midvale Showroom + Trade
Pathetic customer service. Apparently the sign on the showroom door, and the website says open at 8.30am. Door to showroom is still locked at 9am, and they're walking around inside ignoring customers outside and not answering their phones. Very poor attitude. Taking business elsewhere and suggest the manager get his act into gear

Excellent customer service received from Allan at Reece Clarkson. He helped me get a replacement part for my hot water system and used his initiative to source it locally, rather than incur significant delivery costs to have it sent from the eastern states. Just brilliant, thank you Allan & the Reece team :-)

The Sink Warehouse
I had a warranty issue with a shower head I purchased and the service I received was fantastic. The service was polite and friendly and the shower head was replaced immediately, without any hassles. I think this is a great sign of a customer focused business and would be confident shopping for here again.
